Gabriela is an associate in D’Empaire’s Litigation and Criminal Defense & Investigations practices. She received a J.D. from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2013, and graduated with honors as a specialist in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from the same university in 2017.  She teaches Criminal Law and Environmental Criminal Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela since 2015.

Gabriela’s practice focuses on advising and representing individuals and companies in complex criminal matters, regulatory investigations, white collar crime, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining D’Empaire, Gabriela worked as a Researcher in the Criminal Law Section of the Criminal Science Institute of Universidad Central de Venezuela (2015-2019).

Gabriela is fluent in Spanish and German.
