Isabel is an associate in D’Empaire’s Corporate, M&A, Energy, and Sovereign Debt practices. She received a J.D. from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas in 2022. She has advised international and domestic clients in a variety of transactions, including joint ventures, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice covers a wide range of industries including manufacturing and financial services.
