Ornella is an associate in D’Empaire’s Public Law, Communications and Technology and Intellectual Property practice groups. She received her J.D. from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in 1993 and a Specialization in Administrative Law from the same university in 1997. Ornella has extensive experience representing pharmaceuticals and life sciences companies in a broad range of regulatory matters. She also advises domestic and international clients in consumer affairs, intellectual property, information technology and data privacy, and has assisted clients in patents and trademarks protection and enforcement.

Ornella is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
